If I could give 7 stars, I would! Dr Kulkarni is a world-class Surgeon and an exceptional medical practioner with a bright and eager mind. About three weeks ago, I approached Dr Kulkarni for secound opinion. I wanted it for my father, who was diagnosed with low grade, well- differentiated NET. During our consultations, I was made aware of the nature and the type of issue. Later on the doctor recommended and laid out best possible treatment modalities that were in the best interest of the patient.
